No accounts. No invoice library. MyInvoicePal briefly processes your business and customer details, invoice contents, logo and PDF to prepare your download. The code and PDF expire after 10 minutes, with expired records removed on startup and incoming requests. The temporary record is deleted when you download it.
Email delivery is handled by the operator’s configured SMTP provider. Only your business email and verification message are sent to this provider, without the invoice attachment. The provider may retain delivery records under its own policy.
Hashed email identifiers and daily counters remain until the next day’s cleanup. Hashed network identifiers are retained briefly for abuse prevention. A necessary browser cookie links verification to your browser. Invoice details are never saved in browser storage.
Before launch, the operator must publish their identity, contact details, email provider, lawful basis and retention policy. This notice is not a claim of GDPR compliance.
